By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or booking a service with Clean Pros NW (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our services

Clean Pros NW provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including recurring, deep, move-in/move-out, Airbnb turnover, and office cleaning, in South King County and nearby Washington communities. Service availability may vary by location. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion.

3. Quotes, booking & pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide about your space and the service requested. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual size, condition, or scope of work differs from what was described. We will communicate any material changes before or during service where reasonably possible. Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change.

4. Payment

Payment is due as described at the time of booking or upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the services you book, including any applicable add-ons, taxes, or fees.

5. Scheduling, cancellations & rescheduling

You may manage, reschedule, or cancel your booking online or by contacting us. We ask for as much advance notice as possible so we can adjust our team's schedule. Late cancellations, rescheduling, or lockouts (where our team cannot access the property) may be subject to a fee.

6. Access to your property

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to the property to be cleaned, along with working utilities (water and electricity). Please secure valuables, fragile items, and pets. If our team cannot safely access or work in the space, we may reschedule the service.

7. Satisfaction guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If something wasn't done to your standards, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we'll make it right, typically by returning to re-clean the affected areas. This guarantee is our sole remedy for cleaning-quality concerns.

8. Referral program

Our refer-a-friend program is subject to the terms described on our Referrals page. Credits have no cash value, cannot be combined with other promotional offers, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

10. Liability & insurance

Clean Pros NW is licensed and insured. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or damage resulting from improperly secured, fragile, or high-value items. Please report any damage to us within 24 hours of service.

11. Website content

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Clean Pros NW or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without permission.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts located in Washington.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
